Yoga can be intimidating—but it doesn't have to be.

Yoga can reduce stress and anxiety, improve mental clarity, and develop strength and flexibility. Don't let a lack of flexibility, experience, or insecurities about how you look in your yoga pants hold you back from trying something that can be transformative.

My in-person classes in Pittsburgh are set in a series format so my students have the time to really understand the poses and breathing techniques, grow and learn at their own pace, and develop a sense of community. In a series you make a commitment to set aside time for yourself. No more joining a drop-in class where you feel like everyone else knows what's going on except you. In my classes, we're all developing together.

In-person students also receive FREE access to my online "Sleep Soundly" course to round out their self-care practice at home.

Over the past twenty years, I have had the joy of teaching students at studios, offices and colleges. I've also enjoyed the amazing opportunity to connect with students from all over the world while teaching in Mexico and the Caribbean through Fit Bodies, Inc.
